Colour Me Happy invites you to practise feeling your absolute utmost best, create those awesome feelings, keep them nearby and amplify them every day. The workshop includes an emotional colour wheel, a meditation, a ‘self’ to colour and paint. When you buy the workshop you will receive a 3 page PDF with all the links you will need to download and print* your resources plus a link to a 20 minute video walking you through the exercises. You will also need some pens, pencils or paints. Sparkles are optional but lovely!
